Weeks 30 & 31
Well,
I've been very good these past two weeks, but I have some vacations coming up.
Watching my intake on vacation has always been a challenge for me, as I suspect
it is for many, so I need a plan.
The first thing I plan to do is exercise. The only time I ever lost
weight on vacation was when I went to New York City, and that was because I
walked everywhere, stopping only for the occasional kosher hotdog on the
street.
I do plan to eat,
and eat well, but I plan to eat smaller quantities. One of the wonderful things
about resort towns is the restaurants and their rich foods. But I think it's
just a matter of watching the portions and staying active.
By the way, the RightSize has really been working for me in this hot
weather. I crave a smoothie after yard work or playing tennis - It's like a
reward!
