Week Fourteen - Staying Busy
Lately, my weight
has come off naturally. Honestly, I haven't really given it a lot of thought.
As I said in my entry last week, I've had so much going on, that my weight loss
program has been last on the list this month. And wonder of all wonders, it's
still coming off!
That's
not to say that I don't think before I eat. It just simply has not been a
priority to worry about it. I feel that this is a breakthrough, really, because
I'm getting back to the same mode of thinking I had when I was thin - DON'T
THINK ABOUT IT.
I'm still
battling with a workout schedule. Perhaps I always will! The good news is that
the volunteer work I've been doing lately has been labor-intensive, so that
helps burn off some calories.
So I follow the plan, but I don't think too much about it. My advice
would be to stay busy and use RightSize for one meal a day. That seems to be
the best plan of all
