Week Thirteen - Water
I can't say enough about
the importance of water intake. When I started this way of life, I did not
concentrate too heavily on this aspect. I retained water every
day.
I think weight loss is all about feeling
good in the process, and that is why so many factors are involved. By a
combination of adequate water consumption (8 glasses a day), exercise and
nutrition, I will drop the pounds feeling fit, trim and healthy every
day.
Drinking water will help your skin, flush
your system and will leave you feeling full. The folks at RightSize know this
