Fiber, how we LOVE thee!

Simply put, fiber is A-mazing.

Ideally, we should take in about 25 grams of dietary fiber each day.  Sadly, many of us fall short of that goal.  So why is fiber so important to us at RightSize?? 

Fiber slows uptake of sugars and slows the metabolism. What does this mean??? Well it creates stability of your blood sugar levels.  This is why diabetics can "net out" sugar in the presence of fiber.  A stable blood sugar level, and lowered metabolism keeps you feeling, well, not hungry all the time!  It's one of the key ways that RightSize helps you lose weight.  Our smoothies, and our SlimminAde water mix, contain healthy amounts of fiber.  We combine fiber with fructose, a natural sugar (not that high fructose corn syrup junk) and VOILA! a low glycemic food is created.
