      <title>6 Week Challenge</title>

      <description>I'm on Week 3.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It started as an experiment.  I was trying to design a tool that would be useful for making small minigoals that people could really focus on - instead of getting bogged down in the idea of spending weeks, months, even years on their weight loss goals. I made a 6 week calendar, (you can get it &lt;a href="http://www.rightsizeonline.com/pdf/Progress-Calendar.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;), and I've been replacing two meals a day with a smoothie.  The remaining meal and snacks that I eat are sensible and well portioned.  I'm not counting any calories, or measuring, or weighing anything...just being reasonable. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Well - without changing anything about my exercise level - I have lost 8 pounds in those two weeks.  Yay! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I still have a good ways to go, but I'm 8 pounds closer.  Everyone loses weight differently, but if you safely eat fewer calories than you burn through metabolism and exercise, you will lose weight.  It's just that simple.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
So I'm doing the 6 week challenge...what are YOU waiting for?&lt;br /&gt;

Thanks for all the great comments! I am so happy for all of you:)  Keep the recipes coming... Might start a new blog post just for that purpose where we can post our delicious mixes.  Also planning on doing a weekly update blog on my weight loss where we can all post our victories!  Thanks again! - Jennifer
