I didn't start the smoothie right away. I actually just started two days' ago. But I have to say from the first day I drunk the smooth, I was not hungry, my energy was great, and I was pleased. I will keep you posted on my progress.

SkinniVanilli taste good & there are several ways to mix it with fruit, yogurt, and juices. My favorite-milk, bananas, and peanut butter. It fills me up, and has enough vitamins that it does not make me feel bad for using it as a meal. I haven't tried any other flavors... yet!

The pump for the syrup is perfect. It makes depositing the flavor totally easy to do, and mess-free. It can't get any better than that!
Note: Just make sure that you get some of the syrup out of the bottle BEFORE putting the Pump in. I ended up with syrup all over my hands. I didn't mind it though, but you would if you had kids around!

I enjoy right size smoothie, my wife and I have been using it for four months now. However we havent noticed a real appetite suppressant and no real weight has come off. It does serve as a great replacement for breakfast though and it helps to regulate our system.

The cocoabean has a delicious taste to it. Not powdery like most. I have been drinking it for about a week and have not noticed a big different in weight loss but it does help surpress my appetite so that having small meals it working out so much better.

My doctor wants me to drink grape juice which I do not like. I drink my white grape juice every day with my right size and find it very palatable. These pills really work! II am a huge skeptic of appetite suppresants so I decided to purchase the sample packets at first. I take one pill twice a day and my cravings for food are subsided considerably! At approximately 8:30 am I eat an apple for breakfast after taking a pill and not feel hungry again until 2 or 3pm! I usually take the second pill around 3 or 4pm and that helps control my late night binges/cravings. With exercise, I was able to lose almost 30lbs in about 4-5 months. Changing my eating habits and exercise was huge part of it, but the Multi Vitamins with appemine helped immensely. My biggest weakness is snacking all day on junk food. As soon I decide to diet and exercise it seems as if my appetite increases--what a huge deterrant. The appemine multi-vitamins are just what I needed to help control hunger and boost my esteem to really lose weight. I would recommend this product to anyone--and have! I can't speak for other appetite suppressants--but these really work. I'm impressed.

I like the chocolate and vanilla mixed 50/50 for a greate tasting smoothie that fills you up. I drink one for breakfast and one for lunch and have a reasonable dinner. I don't feel like I am on a diet and I don't get tired of the smoothies.

I love to get my chocolate fix every morning with Lean Cocoa Bean. I've lost 28 lbs so far and it's been the easiest weight loss ever (and I've tried them all.) Only drawback for me was having to wash the blender and all it's parts every day but now that my husband has seen the results, he's happy to help out! I have tried 2% and 1% milk with the smoothy mix and could not tell a difference. So now I just use 1%. I am down about 8 lbs so far and feel confident this product will help me get where I need to be! I have never been a breakfast eater first thing in the morning. Yet, my father always told me that "breakfast is the most important meal of the day." This is for sure the best tasting replacement meal smoothies I've ever had! No kidding. I've tried many, many and RightSize has got me as a customer!! Putting frozen PEACHES is outstanding with vanilla and strawberries or dark cherries in the chocolate flavors is wonderful. You have to put a lot of frozen fruits so that it makes it a big thick smoothie. I'm hooked on your product!! They really curb my appetite and fill me up for 4 or 5 hours with the multivitamin and the green tea vitamin. I like the lemonade's also in my water. I'm sure I'll reorder when I'm done with what I purchased. I've lost a few pounds but I haven't gotten serious with them yet. I find it very tasty and have found several ways to drink it. Some are with cranberry juice or some other juice but I mostly drink it mixed in water as I am a diabetic. I love it for a quick meal in the morning or when I am feeling sluggish.

thank you for introducing me to rightsize. i needed to stay at a safer weight for health. i wanted to stay at my lower weight for all the right reasons...just couldn't maintain on my own. lost over 25 pounds during summer and now want to shape and tone w/better diet decisions. i believe rightsize is one of the better decisions i am making now. it couldn't be simpler than to mix a breakfast smoothie that keeps me focused for the day. that simple habit helps to remind me of my goal to keep out of the size 14 slacks and skirts. i want to stay at the size 12 or less. less would be great. too. will keep on working on that.

I have tried them all, and this is the best tasting, and I believe it satisfies me sufficently. You must plan your day and have friuts or another low cal snack to supliment the day. I am very happy with this product.

This is the best, most reliable supplement I've ever taken for appetite supression. It not only does its job, it provides lots of energy without nausea or jitters, and provides tons of vitamins and minerals.

Rightsize tastes very good, and I've been able to replace breakfast at work with a Rightsize smoothie. I think I've lost a pound or two, but want to wait until the two-week mark to do a weigh-in, and hope for good news.
The only negative comment that I have is that the powder does not always dissolve, especially if the liquid is cold.

I am totally amazed at how all my sweet cravings are gone. I don't get the mid morning/mid afternoon snacking urges. I now have to make an effort to remember to have lunch (and dinner on some days). This is the first "diet" that has actually doen what it says it will.

I was a bit sceptikal about this product but my freinds were trying it out and were seeing results so I decided to have me and my spouse try it out. We have see amazing results having one shake for breakfast which makes getting ready in the morning a quicker experiance and then one for dinner. This eliminates the whole what do you want to have to eat and gives us more time to go to the gym in the evenings. We both have seen amazing results and are trying to spread the word to as many people as we can!!!! This is a must try if you have tried other diets and have had no success. The ability to mix these shakes yourself gives you the opportunity to create all sorts of different flavors. Like a Blueberry Muffin shakes which is Skinni-Vanilli and Bluu Berries mixed with 2% milk or an Orange Delight which is half a scoop of Skinni-Vanilli and Slenda-Berry mixed with ice and Sunny Delight. Since these shakes taste so good they feel like you are having a desert instead of a meal. I seriously recommend these shakes and want to look into be a distributor for this company in California!!!!!

I love the Right Size Lean Cocoa Bean smoothie, it is so easy to make. I make one for breakfest and one for lunch and eat a light Dinner. this has been a wounderful way for me to lose the weight I have lost since I have been on Right Size. I don't get hungry durning the day like I use too. and have lost 12lbs and still loseing. I would recommend Right Size smoothie to any of my friends.

I lost 40 lbs in 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, the weight comes off slower, but still steady. I also incorporate exercising 5 to 6 days a week. I enjoy the boost that I get from the caffeine in the mornings, and the shakes taste great. Overall, a great product!!!

I have lost inches on RightSize Smoothies but only a couple of pounds. I have been replacing 2 meals a day breakfast anf lunch with

My husband and I start our day (and calorie count) off with a lean Cocoa Bean shake each morning, with either yogurt or a banana. It is easy, portable since we are on the go trying to get the kids off to school, and keeps us from falling into bad breakfast habits. Also helpful as a dinner meal replacement when running off to sporting or school events for the kids and to avoid concesssion or fast food convenience. Highly recommened!

I love the lean cocoa bean. As a valued customer, I should be rewarded more than 5% discount and the shipping costs should be waived. People will buy more if they are getting more for their bucks. A lot of people I recommend this product to complain about the price as it's expensive...
