Q: Will this product give me the jitters?
A: Appemine was developed to only affect target sensors in the brain - reducing or eliminating the jittery effect for most people. However, one serving of Appemine contains roughly 50 mg of caffeine. So if you are sensitive to caffeine you may be affected by our products. If you have been told that you cannot consume caffeine, you should not consume our products.

Q: How much weight will I lose on RightSize?

Replacing two meals a day with a smoothie will speed results, but replacing only one meal with a smoothie should see losses too, assuming that the remaining meals are sensible and well portioned. Heavier individuals will see larger losses at first, but we encourange people to strive for no more than two pounds per week for healthy weight loss.
