RightSize Health & Nutrition, Inc. was formed in 2002 when diet scams were at an all time high. Co-founders, Steve Bostic and Scott Johnson, were intrigued by the myriad of health benefits brought about by proper weight-loss and weight management; but were horrified by the sheer and overwhelming number of ‘vulture’ products that came with empty promises and potentially harmful practices.

After much research, they decided the perfect weight-loss product would:

• help a dieter cut calories,
• keep hunger at bay
• trigger the body’s fat burning process
• provide high level nutrition
• taste great and
• cost less than the average meal.

Looking at their list, both Steve and Scott thought it was a pipe dream to be sure, but one worth pursuing. Fast forward 18 months, several hundred research hours with renowned scientists and much sweat, blood and tears, and the RightSize product line was born. Not only did they manage to fulfill every item on their “perfect diet product’ wish-list, the RightSize co-founders discovered a few things along the way.

• They discovered that there’s no one size fits all program when it comes to weight-loss.
• They discovered people need convenience and versatility to sustain a daily activity like healthy dieting.
• They discovered dieters need community as well as great products and product support.

In light of those findings, Scott & Steve launched a product set and a web community focused on easily replacing fattening meals and snacks with slimming ones. They remain committed to making the art of weight-loss more comfortable and ultimately enjoyable.
