I have been using rightsize tablets for about 2 years now and have lost about 25-30 pounds. I have always had a difficult time with my weight as I am very tall and don't appear as big as I was. I am finally at a place where I really love the appearance of my body. the sliminade is a wonderful transition from the twice a day tablets. I now take the tablets 1 time a day and the sliminade 1-2 x's a day, for maintenance.
