Purchased From: from website Review: I would recommend Slimminade to anyone who desires to cut their cravings and curb their appetite. I have used it off and on for over a year. (only times I was off it was when I was using the Chocolate RTD version of Right Size - which is also GREAT, by the way). I recently started using Slimminade again and I can honestly go most of the day without a thought of food simply by keeping a couple of bottles of this close by. I'm not kiddin' it stops me from thinking about food and it rehydrates. What more could you want from a product?

Cons:	Not sure if it suppressed my appetite.
Purchased From: Online Review: I like the taste of the Sliminade because it's not too sweet and not too sour. It also dissolves very well in cold water. However, afer drinking it a few times I'm not sure if it's actually slowing my appetite, which is what the Appemine is supposed to do. Perhaps I'm expecting too much, I dont know. For a person with an appetite problem who is already disciplined to eat less, Sliminade will probably help. But I'm not sure this would do the trick on its own.

Cons:	I only use one packet a day but you do "flush" your system continually. I notice if you don't stay consistent, with either product, your weight seems to come right back.

It is extremely effective in reducing my appetite for the rest of the day if I drink it in the morning. I am drinking more water because of this product. My sugar cravings are zero and I've lost about 8 lbs over the past 4 weeks. As an unexpected side effect, my daily headaches have vanished.
