Review: I have to say that this has helped me drink more water and I think it does help me get through the day without being hungry in between meals. However I have to say it's not the best tasting in my opinion. Not that it is horrible but it wouldn't be something I look forward to having.

I only use one packet a day but you do "flush" your system continually. I notice if you don't stay consistent, with either product, your weight seems to come right back. |

Review: I enjoy this prooduct. Its tasty, ice cold, easy to make and easy to take in a cup when I'm driving or packets in my purse as needed. Since I'm lactose intolerant, I have no after effects and my appetite is genuinely curbed. Great for on the go!
