I found it difficult to select a particular flavor because all of the smoothies were very good.

I just completed week one and lost 5 pounds!! I bought Right Size system to lose weight for my upcoming wedding. I'm not going to lie, the first day I felt some hunger, but after that, I really STAY FULL! I've already bought 3 cans of the RightSize powder (and almost return them due to lack of time to blend it in the morning) - now I see that you have a mini shaker - how do I go about getting one of the shakers? Quiet, easy, portable and clean up is a snap. They really do break up the clumps. There are several reviews you can read about the blender bottle when you follow the link. The only downside is that they obviously do not pulverize ice, so a "milkshake" type consistency will not be achieved. But I certainly don't mind for the convenience.

How long will a kit last if 2 people are using it? It will depend on how many meals you want to replace each day. If you replace one meal a day each, the kit should last you 30 days with the powder. Two meals a day would last you about 15 days on the powder. There are 60 pills in each of the multivitamin and AppAssure bottles. The Multivitamin with each of you using the 2 pills a day would last 2 weeks. The AppAssure you wont need to use as often if you are replacing two meals a day with a shake so it might last you a month or more. Hope this helps! What type of beverages do you mix with the powders? we have users who use any of the following: skim milk, soy milk, almond milk, orange juice, fruit juices, rice milk, etc etc. It is really personal choice and preference.
