I smoked for 20 years and when I decided to quit smoking, I gained a lot of weight, over 40 pounds. I knew I needed to get this weight off because I had gained so much weight, I actually felt better when I smoked... and I didnt want to start smoking again!! So I saw Right Size on TV and decided to try it. I drink a shake for breakfast, sometimes I may have a fruit or something for a snack mid morning, but I am not usually hungry at all. I have another shake for lunch. About mid afternoon, I have a snack, usually a fresh fruit, but again, I am not usually hungry at all. Then at Supper I have a salad and usually a nice soup or something like a lean meat and vegtables, and I am full till breakfast the next morning. I go to the park down the street from my house every evening and walk 1 1/2 miles on a 1/4 mile track. I usually dont miss a day, but sometimes because I am busy, I may miss a day walking. I am sure I would only need to walk 3 times a week, but I enjoy it now and look forward to it. Right Size is very very simple and easy to use and guess what people... It really works! I have been on it for 2 weeks now and I have lost 12 pounds. I feel good and I have more energy then I have had in a while. Thank you...
