Right size smoothies work like they say they do - low calorie meal replacement shakes that curb hunger. However, I feel that they are too expensive to continue using, even though they are effective. Some people just can't afford the solution.

To whom it may concern, I purchased this product about three weeks ago, and have seen outstanding results. I take a shake in the morning, snack mid morning, shake in the afternoon, andother lite snack , and then a well balenced meal at night. what do you mix the shakes with? and how many times a day do you use it as a meal replacement? Personally? I use almond milk. I am not a big dairy drinker, although the overwhelming majority of our users use skim milk or their milk of choice. Many users prefer soy milk products, and still others use orange juice (primarily with the berry and vanilla smoothies), and incredibly a few use water. The great thing about the product is its versatility in this area. We also have recipes on the website which can be found on our "Tools" page. Replace 1 to 2 meals a day with the powder depending on your goals and activity level. On days when a smoothie isn't convenient, use the AppAssure to eat less at a meal. Just make sure you are eating more than 1200 calories daily, and less than your calorie needs to maintain your current weight to lose weight safely and steadily. is this product safe for a diabetic or a person with hypertension ? The products are safe for diabetics absolutely. They have a low glycemic impact and a good amount of fiber with low sugar. As for hypertension, that is not as easy to answer. It depends on if your doctor wants you to avoid caffeine completely. A serving of Appemine (currently found in all of our products) contains the equivalent of 50mg of caffeine per serving. We have tried to make all information about ingredients and nutrition facts accessible so you can discuss with your doctor before purchase.

I would like to to invest in your product, however, do you have a a shake mix that i can mix with water strictly to prevent gas? If you can't do dairy alternatives like almond, soy, or rice milk, I don't really recommend mixing the smoothie mix with water as it just won't taste right.
