Review: I smoked for 20 years and when I decided to quit smoking, I gained a lot of weight, over 40 pounds. I knew I needed to get this weight off because I had gained so much weight, I actually felt better when I smoked... and I didnt want to start smoking again!! So I saw Right Size on TV and decided to try it. I drink a shake for breakfast, sometimes I may have a fruit or something for a snack mid morning, but I am not usually hungry at all. I have another shake for lunch. About mid afternoon, I have a snack, usually a fresh fruit, but again, I am not usually hungry at all. Then at Supper I have a salad and usually a nice soup or something like a lean meat and vegtables, and I am full till breakfast the next morning. I go to the park down the street from my house every evening and walk 1 1/2 miles on a 1/4 mile track. I usually dont miss a day, but sometimes because I am busy, I may miss a day walking. I am sure I would only need to walk 3 times a week, but I enjoy it now and look forward to it. Right Size is very very simple and easy to use and guess what people... It really works! I have been on it for 2 weeks now and I have lost 12 pounds. I feel good and I have more energy then I have had in a while. Thank you... I intend to keep doing this till I reach my goal and then use Right Size to maintain my weight.

Review: The smoothies are delicious!!! I was nervous at first, but the blender bottle is amazing, no clumps! Just a delicious rich and creamy smoothie. Taken with the supplements I have gotten some results and hope they continue! LOVE LOVE LOVE RightSize!!!!!

Review: Right size smoothies work like they say they do - low calorie meal replacement shakes that curb hunger. However, I feel that they are too expensive to continue using, even though they are effective. Some people just can't afford the solution.

I purchased this product about three weeks ago, and have seen outstanding results. I take a shake in the morning, snack mid morning, shake in the afternoon, andother lite snack , and then a well balenced meal at night. With proper excercise, I have started at 238 and my weight this morning was 220.6 lbs!!!
Fantastic product!! (and it tastes good too)
