Review: Very satisfying in the morning when you are on the go. Be sue to drink your water and it will keep you full. Important to keep your protein handy for when you start to get hungry after about 2 hours. I love this product. Be creative when mixing your smoothie. I sue light juice sometimes to change things up!

Review: Overall, not a bad product. Been using it for about 2 weeks now, and have lost over 10 pounds. It's not very Berry tasting. Actually it doesn't really have much of a taste in my opinion, so it's bearable to drink. The texture can feel a little chaulky, even after mixing it. Not sure if it's the same with everyone, but that's my opinion. Probably won't buy this flavor again
