Review: I have been using Right Size since September, 2011 and I have lost 25 pounds! I alternate between 2 smoothies a day M-F and 1 a day on Saturday and Sunday. I can see and feel the difference. I would recommend (and have) to everyone!

Review: If you are a fan of the proten shake, then this is a good source. It is great for on the go in the mornings and if it's frozen it travels well in the car. The vanilla flavor saturates the flavors of the fruit that you are putting in to make the smoothie. Enjoy with juice as a substitue instead of yogart or milk.
