It's the Berries!!, Tuesday, July 27, 2010

Two years ago I lost nearly 60 pounds using this product, and now need to lose another 45, so....here I am again! I mix the berry flavor with milk and juice or fruit and use it Mon-fri as my lunch and breakfast on the weekends. This is the only product I have found that works for me. Thank you RSS!!!

I had heard about this product online and decided to try it to help my weight loss process. It has been a very effective product, I have only been using rightsize for about a week and have already lost about 5 pounds. I hope that buy the end of the month my body will be trained so that i could lose the 30 pounds i was hoping to lose. Due to these facts I would say to all people out there who are trying to lose weight, this is the answer!

Is it possible to get Right size without the caffeine, i tried this product, i love it, but i have a bad nerve in my right breast due to breast cancer 2006, i'm being treated for the pain with neurotin/ pills. Whenever i drink the smoothie, 10 mins later, the nerve really pains me, my doctor ask me if i drink coffee or anything with caffeine in it, i told that i was the smoothie and that it has 50 grams of caffeine, he said that i had to stop the drink and ask if your company makes the drink without the caffeine.

I have a new unopened smoothie mix that i stopped taking because i became pregnant, it has since expired 5 months ago..Is it okay to still use this smoothie powder and also is it safe while breastfeeding?

The powder expiration is a best if used by date, so the product will still be safe to use since it is still unopened. If the taste is off, please contact customer service at service@rightsizeonline.com so we can arrange for an exchange. The product does contain 50mg of caffeine per serving, so bear that in mind if you decide to breastfeed while using the product.

I'm taking high blood pressure medication, will this product have any effects on my situation?

Each serving contains 50mg of caffeine which can interact with some blood pressure medication. Question:

I have a deadly allergy to artificial sweeteners. I can handle caffeine ok, but have had to steer clear of other weight loss products due to aspertame, sucralose, and sacchrine in the ingredients.

What is the purpose of directing a user to consume 8ozs of water with each shake? Does this product cause dehydration?

No the product does not cause dehydration, however a serving does contain 50mg of caffeine. We recommend drinking 8oz of water after drinking a smoothie because it helps to activate the Appemine ingredient in the smoothies. Furthermore, it assists in delivering the vitamin and mineral content to your tissues and cells.
