Love, love, love the Lean Cocoa Bean smoothie shake. It feels like you're cheating and in reality----YOU'RE NOT!! I love to have my shakes with either a banana or peanut butter, its a real pick me up for the a.m.!!!

great product, you just need to follow the directions and use some willpower to not eat between meals. the taste is great. I love the coaco, berry and vanilla. the cappuchino is okay, not great, but bearable. I wish they had a peanutbutter flavor as well.

What should I mix the product with?

Most customers use skim milk, or their dairy product of choice. More and more customers are using dairy alternatives - my favorite being almond milk. Soy milk is also a tasty alternative if you are able to drink it. Some customers report they enjoy using orange juice with our berry and vanilla powders at times. can the smoothie's be made with water?

You can, but it's all a matter of taste. If you are adverse to dairy, we recommend using soy or almond milk as an alternative. Some use Orange juice to mix with the berry and vanilla flavors as well. We have even had someone use Diet Coke with Vanilla as a "float"!
