Is there any sugar in the smooties. if so, how much. I can have very very little sugar. I am dietbetic and looking for a smootie that will help me to loose weight.

i am just starting out on your program,is it possible to blend in a blender enough smoothie with the fruits you desire and store for 2 meals a day would it lose it potency ? and should the juices be sugar free? can you also put in freezer and eat it like a yogurt.?

I often do all of these things. I mix a large batch, drink my morning smoothie then put the remainder in a dish in the freezer for later...yummy. It does not lose potency. It is your choice what liquids to use, but a sugar free juice would certainly "cost" you less calories than a sugared liquid.
