Review: I am loving the smoothie mixes! They are really so good, you can easily drink them daily and not get bored with them. The price seems high sometimes, but if you realize how much you are saving at the grocery store, it's actually cheaper than having to buy regular meals. They are quick and easy, very convenient to make and I love how you can change them up by adding different ingredients.
The only thing I wish, is that they would keep me fuller for a little longer. I would prefer them to last me 4 hours, but after 3 I start to get hunger pains. This is something you can easily deal with and you can always add a little snack in between because they are so low in calories.

Review: The flavor is not an extremely strong coffee flavor, but rather coffee and subtle caramel notes. I drink it with skim milk in place of morning coffee since it has 50mgs of caffeine. Docs recommend no more than 300 mgs of caffeine a day to I try to keep that in mind when doing a smoothie for breakfast and lunch, the app assure pills and the lemonade. I thought this would be my favorite flavor, but I'm a naturalist and prefer the chocolate and vanilla flavors - which I found surprising.

Review: I am a handicapped person who gets little or no exercise. Basically no diet product has worked until now.
