Review: I have been ordering RightSize Smoothie powder mix (by the case) for more than two years. I supplement one meal a day with a shake and it has definitely helped me maintain my weight goal. I am 45 years old and it definitely gets harder as I get older to maintain the weight. My favorite is the cocoa bean. I use skim milk and add 1 large tablespoon of peanut butter for extra flavor and the protein from the peanut butter is good for me. It's delicious so shake it up and enjoy!

Review: Its true, I was already excepting that at age 55 that maybe I should give up the fight . I had not even put on a bathing suit in over 5 years . All my pants had elastic waist and I was moving fast toward size 2x in my tops. Then by chance I saw your tv spot , said to myself what a bunch of pooie. Saw your product again at CVS drug store, read the lable put it down as a too good to be true product. But it got me to thinking well it couldn't hurt..but still didn't buy it. While I was paying for what I went in for the store gave me a coupon for 10 bucks off anything in their store...so walked right back to shelf and picked up my first Rightsize Smoothie. The wiight has been coming off steady with just 1 meal replacement a day since may 7th and as of july 23rd I have dropped 19 lbs so far.....I love it and yes you have to have will power but this product helps you help yourself......See you at the pool..lol

Review: The smoothies are awesome. I love the control I have all day to make better food choices. My portions are smaller, my choices are healthier without even thinking about it. The most unexpected and pleasant part is that the food I eat TASTES SO much better. I think that I have always been so hungry at each meal that I wolf and don't taste. I am able to chew and savor textures and flavors that I really never experienced before. Just because I am eating slower and with better discretion. I am not pushed to devour my plate because of an out of control appetite. Thank you so much. This has been a wonderful experience.

Review: This is the 3rd purchase of Right Size Smoothie powder mix that I've made in less than two years. I purchase a case at a time because it is less expensive this way. It says a case should last one year but it doesn't. I sometimes make two shakes a day and therefore I run out in about 8 months. I like the product because it's easy for me because I'm always on the go with work and 3 children. I don't think it has made me lose weight but it helps me not to gain weight. I have stopped using the smoothie mix for a couple months and I always begin to gain more weight; that extra 5-10 pounds that I'm trying to keep off. So I will continue to use the mix just to maintain my weight overall.

Review: I was only about 15lbs overweight from putting on my winter body protection during the past holidays. Found that Rightsize keeps the hunger away so that you are not tempted to eat. My wife and I use all the flavors but add exciting fruit to each flavor. We use fresh strawberries, bananas, pineapples, and blueberries. In addition, we use different yogurts and fresh cranberry juice or orange juice. I think we have created about 25 different blends. In two months it has been very easy to lose the 15 lbs and my wife has lost 9 lbs. We use a blender to create ourr shakes in the morning and at lunch and then have a modest dinner every night. Works for us and hope it works for you as long as you stay away from the temptations.

For maximum impact - 8 ounces of orange juice, 4 ice cubes and 1 scoop of powder. No after taste, no funny chalky taste. I have lost 40 pounds in 5 months. I am 5'4" started at 185 pounds. Now 145, 20 more pounds to lose. Doctor couldn't be happier! Berry is best followed by vanilla.
