Review: A friend gave me the chocolate mix to try and I really loved it. I've always had shakes for breakfast as I'm one of those people who just can't metabolize a meal well early in the day. I wanted to try the cappuccino but it's not as coffee tasting as I'd prefer; I'd go back to the chocolate next time. But I love the RightSize shakes in general -- very filling and curbs my hunger until lunch!

Review: I just started two days ago and lost a pound and a half already. I have it for lunch and it really does help me from getting hungry. With other shakes, I'd have it at noon and by 1:00 I'd be looking for lunch! But with this shake, I feel full and not even hungry at all til dinner time. No more snacking.
Oh - and I followed another reviewer's advice and mixed it with chocolate soy milk - yummy! Thanks for the advice!
