Review: I am a handicapped person who gets little or no exercise. Basically no diet product has worked until now. Although I have only lost a few pounds in the first week or so of using this product, I am confident the weight will come off slowly. The drink is tasty, easy to make and there is enough of a selection of flavors to keep you interested. I rate it 4 out of 5 stars so far.. I will rate it again when I am svelt.. :o)

Review: Has a very good flavor and does a good job of easing hunger pains. It does taste best when mixed with milk, but is still good with only water. My only complaint is that the powder sticks to the bottom of mixing glass.
