Review: I have lost about 20 pounds since I started on the product in late January. I consider this important as I am 64, and it is harder to lose at my age. This is the first product I have tried that has helped me with appetite control. It is wast and convienient to use., except for when traveling. It is a little pricy, but when you consider that for the most part, I am replacing 2 meals. I am buying fewer groceries. So I guess that the cose is reasonable, when you look at it that way.

Review: I have tried many other program in the past and this one is the only one that I have seen the results claimed. I am not big into eating so I tend to not eat well as a result. I do not mind drinking shakes and smoothies and am always have a beverage in my hand. These shakes taste great, give me a very full feeling, and I have seen beyond expectations in the first week of use.
