Review: I've been using this product for about 7 months. When I first used it I lost 10-15 very quickly. I'm still about 10 pounds from where I want to be. But this product is great to use even if you decide to "let yourself go" sometimes. The taste isn't bad either. The only cons I have are the cost of the product because I think it's a little pricey, and the time it takes to make it every day.

Review: I've been using the right size smoothies for 4 months now and have lost 15 pounds fast and have kept it off. It is a great way to control appetite and the taste isn't so bad either. My favorite is Skinni Vanilli and I get the Slend a berry pack because it is a great deal. Even if I "let myself go" over the weekend and gain a few pounds I just drink the smoothies and drop those pounds fast. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to lose weight.
