Daily Food Journal
A daily food journal is a great way to get a handle on any "bad habits" you might have developed.  Eating is not only physical, it can be highly emotional as well. Our daily journal encourages you to record your mood at each meal, and provides a space for a recap of the days events.  You will also be given space to calculate your daily calorie, fat, carbohydrate, and protein intake, as well as the ability to easily record your water consumption.  The importance of the Daily Food Journal can not be overstated.
