Review: I'm often rushing to catch a bus early in the morning and not eating breakfast til I reach the office. This is a great way to catch some nutrition before running out the door and avoiding the ravenous hunger that strikes as the morning wears on. I especially like this in between meals when a sip or two is enough to take the edge off the hunger pangs so I don't overeat. The first 3 pounds or so have melted away quickly. I'm so looking forward to my next order and watching more pounds disappear!

Review: I have tried many meal replacement products over the years and Right Size Smoothies is by far the best tasting. It does give me a slight unsettling feeling though, as if I had just taken a multi vitamin on an empty stomach. It also works best as a morning meal. It does not curb my hunger as well in the afternoon. I find that I have to eat a salad or a small sandwhich in the afternoon with the smoothie, otherwise I am famished in the evening and end up over indulging at dinner time. Still though, my calorie count is way down and I am getting through the days satisfied.

Review: Absolutely the best for on the go! Spectacular taste and texture, not grainy or gritty like some of the others, Really keeps hunger at bay. I will definately recomment these to friends trying to lose weight. the chocolate is my favorite!
