Good Stuff!, Saturday, July 24, 2010

I am pleased with my results. I do wish the appetite suppressant would last a little longer. I drink two a day, but then by dinner I am pretty hungry. Now my stomach is shrinking and I can't eat as much to be full. I have lost 8 pounds in 8 days. All in all I am very pleased.

I have purchased the powdered shakes for quite some time and just recently decided to try the pre-made shakes. I was surprised at how good they taste and how easy it is just to grab one and go!

Is this product safe for diabetics?

It is! However, we must always ask you to consult your medical care professionals for advice specific to your situation. We have many diabetic users who report that the shakes help them stick to a lower calorie diet with minimal glycemic impact and reduced feelings of hunger. The smoothie powders are more recommended as they contain less sugar since they are not premixed. As a diabetic I would steer you in the direction of the powder and mix it yourself with skim milk or a dairy alternative in one of our blender bottles.
