Review: I really enjoy this product. I work in construction and spend a lot of time going between jobs, so the only optinions I have for eating are fastfoods or this. I hate eating alone and don't like fastfoods because they make me feel sluggish and this adds the engery that I need to make it through the day.

Review: Always skeptical so I started out with some sampling of the different products. Ended up finding the Mousse Reduce to be a quick, easy and pretty tasty helper to my diet. Was already dieting and working out (new years resolution) But I had hit a plateau so my husband purchase these and the appasure and multi-vitamen to help fight off early morning and early afternoon hunger. Since starting to use the shake and appasure it has helped the hunger but m ore importantly has me off the plateau and losing weight again. Just ordered a full case (24) of Mousse Reduce hopefully the success continues.

Review: Started taking the right size smoothie about 2 weeks ago, ( it tastes great) It decreased my appetitie,and gave me more energy. Review: I thought this product was very tasty. It is rich and thick, not vitaminy tasting like some protein shakes. IT is filling, but not sure that it really kept the hunger off. Like the convenience of the premixed 4 packs. Can take on the run to work. Wish they came in other flavors. Lookingforward to my next order.

Review: I am pleased with my results. I do wish the appetite suppressant would last a little longer. I drink two a day, but then by dinner I am pretty hungry. Now my stomach is shrinking and I can't eat as much to be full. I have lost 8 pounds in 8 days. All in all I am very pleased.

Review: They actually taste pretty good when they are cold. As I stated under the "cons" title, some days they seem to work better than others at keeping my hunger in the afternoon under control. I'll order some more and keep trying and see if some more weight comes off.
