my appetite did not get surpressed, I was starving throughout the day at work. I drank a shake for breakfast and lunch with a snack in between meals. I got a headache from being so hungry. |

Review: I have found that this product really works and curbing my appetite. The chocolate and vanilla are very delicious and the Sliminade is very refreshing. My doctor did suggest it should have more protein tto balance out the sugar/carbs, so I just have some low fat cheese or a hard boiled egg.
I buy it by the case which is the easiest but a little costly paying all at one time but all in all it's worth it.

Review: I love Right Size smoothies. I have one every day with a banana, some frozen blueberries, and skim milk. They are very expensive but other protein shakes just aren't the same. I love the taste and blended with a banana, they are thick and satisfying. I don't lose weight using Right Size smoothies, but I do find that I get hungry much later when I have one than when I don't. I usually use vanilla as it makes the best shake mixed with fruit. But I like the chocolate too. I do not care for the coffee flavor. I can only give Right Size smoothie powdered mix 4 stars because of the very high cost and very high shipping costs.

Review: I am 62 and am thrilled that I don't have shakey feelings but am losing weight. At my age these type of products usually don't work. This one does with no side effects except to stop my appetite. I have lost five and half poounds of the eight I needed to loose and at five feet tall that is a lot of weight.
