great product, you just need to follow the directions and use some willpower to not eat between meals. the taste is great. I love the coaco, berry and vanilla. the cappuchino is okay, not great, but bearable. I wish they had a peanutbutter flavor as well.

I have been ordering RightSize Smoothie powder mix (by the case) for more than two years. I supplement one meal a day with a shake and it has definitely helped me maintain my weight goal. I am 45 years old and it definitely gets harder as I get older to maintain the weight. My favorite is the cocoa bean. I use skim milk and add 1 large tablespoon of peanut butter for extra flavor and the protein from the peanut butter is good for me. It's delicious so shake it up and enjoy!

I had to change the milk from skim to 2%. Once I did that and added a few pumps of the caramel syrup it was great.

I love the flavor and texture of these smoothies. I have only tried the vanilla, which I blend with fruits and skim milk and then the Leano Cappaccino. I LOVE the Leano Cappaccino! It is the best by far!

Very good combination pack. Works well and does what it says it will do. Did not feel as hungrey, so I did not over eat at meals. The price is expensive in this economy and it would be nice to see it on sale at CVS where I buy the powder, for a change. It is never on sale!
