I loved this product because It was very filling and it realy helped me to not over eat. I am a stress eater and this really helped me manage amy out of control appetite especially late night snacking. I ate a shake for breakfast with a piece of fruit and it would keep me filled for a couple of hours. I love that it has so little calories and that it helps control my weight. I lost weight and nches drinking this sake and i highly rexccomend it to everyone.

So far so good. I've replaced two of my meals with the shakes and have a healthy meal a day. And I've incorporated a minor work out. I plan to increase the work out once I'm conditioned.

I recommend this product to anyone that need a little boost to help curb their appetite. This product is very good, has no after taste, and is very filling. I drink one for breakfast around 8:30a.m and I don't eat lunch until around 1p.m. or 2p.m. and I still feel satisfied. I was skeptical at first, but I really love love this product. I have had it for about 2 weeks and I've lost about 6 pounds. I have a long way to go, but I feel I can do it with this product and exercise.

I take the appasure supplement in the late afternoon only. It gives me a boost to get through the afternoon until dinner time.

the blender bottle is just okay. I do recommend it for remixing. I make my smoothie in the blender, and then pour it in the blender bottle. at lunch time - I just shake it up and it's perfect!
You need to use a straw with it.

Very happy with the smoothie mix, it tastes great and really fills me up, I have been drinking 2 smoothies per day. I have not noticed any dramatic weight loss, but definitely lost about 2-3 lbs. Not only that but I have a ton of energy and feel really good!

I plan to continue to use right size at least once a day. It is very convient for mornings and you do not feel hungrey or the need to eat anything for hours. Right now I am using is for morning and evening. I plan to eventually use it once a day for lunch or dinner.

Ice, milk, blender...You must drink water after, for the product to give you that full feeling and to shut the brain hunger down..
The more water the better....
I have been using this product for a few years.. You need to cut back on your food intake and exercise...I believe, I would be much heavier than I am without this product...Please keep the cost down...

I've only been on the ready to drink smoothies for 1 week. I've lost 4 pounds. It is taking some getting used to, but it is getting better. I drink 1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch, have a snack inbetween, maybe some fruit or a hard boiled egg. Then I have dinner, but try to be sensible about dinner. I've already ordered my 2nd case because I am psyched about seeing my results after one month.

Wow, the skinnivanilla was and is by far the best smoothie that I have ever tasted for weight lose. This was so good that I ended up buying (2) 4pk from CVS and I had one everyday. I ordered the cocoa bean powder and it's very tasty and filling for up to 3-4 hours. I have 1 with breakfast and lunch with a piece of fruit and have lost 5 pounds in 1 week. It also satisfies my chocolate cravings. I would highly recommend this product

I heard about on radio and ordered, very skeptical at first! After I started the program I fell in love with the taste. It is so easy for me to carry to work for breakfast or lunch and comes together so easily! I just shake in a plastic container and bam, lunch is served! I can continue working and get nutrition in minutes not an hour.
I have recommended this product to family and friends. Since my start in just two months I have lost 18 pounds and I do not even use the program every day!!! I have started taking the multi-vitamins as well, it balances my intake of vitamins necessary per day.

The blender bootle fits in my lunch bag. I can use it for a right size smoothie or for the Sliminade. Clean-up is easy to...no noise - so I can use it in my office without distracting my coworkers.

This is an easy and delicious product. The Right Size Smoothie flavors are wonderful. Easy to drop in a banana, berries, or other fruit to punch up the flavors. The small blender cup makes it a breeze to whip up a smoothie at the office.

We are using the Smoothie mixtures. We like being able to change up the flavors and even the texture depending what you choose to mix with the product. We have both lost wieght ( 3lbs & 4 lbs) which is very encouraging. Nice to use a product that actually does what it says.

I love the caramel flavor syrup. I put the syrup in and place the bottle in the freezer to get a little ice in it and man it taste like I am cheating. It's like I am eating dessert first. Can't wait to try the other flavors.

I have been ordering for over 3 years. It has changed my life for the better. I first started when I was weighing over 290 pounds. I lost in the first 7 months with using the Right size slender mix for breakfast and lunch and exercising a total of 75 pounds. As of today I am still using the slender mix for breakfast and lunch and have gone up and down on my total weight. My total weight has been around 215lb to 230lb over the 3 years with a limited amount of exercise. The slender mix helps you maintain your weight. It really does work. I have about 50+ pounds to lose, and Rightsize has helped me get off to a goo start. The smoothies taste fine, a little better than expected. For me, they aren't quite filling enough to completely replace a meal - breakfast maybe.
For lunch or dinner, I still find I need to eat something light shortly before or after I have the smoothie.
The bottom line is, I am eating less as a result of having the smoothies at least once a day.
I have lost 8 lbs in two weeks, without much in the way of exercise. We will see how things continue.

These smoothies are surprisingly good. I've tried the Vanilla, Cocoa, and Cappuccino & they were all very good. My favorite is mixing the Cocoa and Cappuccino - yum. They mix very easily and keep you feeling full.

Maybe I was just at that point, ready to lose, but this stuff really works. I am not hungry, have more energy - all the Appemine ingredients are natural and they work! Drink tastes great - I get my chocolate fix every morning. I have lost 30 pounds and kept it off since September - through the holidays! Now I am ready to continue losing so will add exercise to the diet - but am confident I can lose it with the help of Right Size - You can do it too - drink water, eat a light lunch and maybe a Lean Cuisine for dinner. Eat a yogurt for dessert - the weight falls off!

I like the travel blender as I can add crushed ice and some fruits and yogurt when making my shake. It cleans up easy, can go in the dishwasher too. Also the mug can travel with me so it is quick to make and go.

I have a hard time drinking the required amount of water each day...buying the flavored water that comes in bottles is not always the best. SlimminAde is easy. I can carry a packet or two in my purse and when I need something other than plain water, it is easy to open, add, and mix with the water in my water bottle. It makes reaching the 64 ounces of water each day possible.

I cannot speak to success as of yet since I am only two days intot he program. I like the taste of the shake, ordering was easy, the delivery was fairly quick. I am disappointed that there are two servings in each bottle - it makes it difficult when carrying with you if you don't haqve someplace to store the second serving. This plan seems simple and very flexible for many lifestyles. I would not hesitate at this point to recommend giving it a trial.

I lost 56 pounds in 8 months and have kept it off for over three years. I still use the product religiously, exercise and watch my caloric intake. It is a wonderful product but you need to be committed to lose the weight. I traveled to Minneapolis last march and shot commercials but am disappointed that they are not on the air.

It takes the pre-planning out of dieting. You don't have to think about what you are goiing to prepare and eat...just mix it up in the great shaker...add whatever you want (I use skim milk & decaf coffee) and it's done! It's very satisfying and keeps me feeling full between breakfast & lunch and between lunch & dinner! Each night I have a nice dinner with my husband "guilt-free"! I love the results.

Overall I'm happy with this product. I was very skeptical and being unemployed I was reluctant to spend the money on any weight loss product but I decided to give it a try after yet another lecture from my doctor. At first I didn't think it was working but one day it hit me that I didn't feel hungry during the day and that I actually at much less at dinner. That gave me a huge energy boost and I will keep at it and see what happens!

A friend gave me the chocolate mix to try and I really loved it. I've always had shakes for breakfast as I'm one of those people who just can't metabolize a meal well early in the day.
