Review: I take both of the RightSize Nutritional Supplements in the morning and it's time to get it all started. It has given me the energy need and I don't feel the crash later in the day. I enjoy the produce with a rightsize smoothie and it's working for me.

Review: I think the supplements are very helpful in curbing my appetite during the work day. I only take one multi-vitamin in the morning, then the 2 supplements (morning and afternoon). It's the right mix for me. I don't weigh myself, but strive to lose weight until I look the way I'd like. These are helpful.
