Review: the blender bottle is just okay. I do recommend it for remixing. I make my smoothie in the blender, and then pour it in the blender bottle. at lunch time - I just shake it up and it's perfect!
You need to use a straw with it.

Review: Overall I'm happy with this product. I was very skeptical and being unemployed I was reluctant to spend the money on any weight loss product but I decided to give it a try after yet another lecture from my doctor. At first I didn't think it was working but one day it hit me that I didn't feel hungry during the day and that I actually at much less at dinner. That gave me a huge energy boost and I will keep at it and see what happens!

Review: I started taking the product about a week ago and have lost weight. I have lost about 5 pounds so far and am thrilled. I have more energy and workout once a day now. I also don't get the hunger pains and cravings so I can make those healthy choices when it is time to eat and if I choose something not so healthy I eat a tiny bit not until I have blown my diet. Love it. Never stop making it...please. I started at 160 pounds and am now at 155. I am happily on my way to 125 or 130...which would be a more ideal weight for me.

Review: I have been taking this product for about two weeks now. I decided to try this alone, at first, to get familiar with the product. I do notice a slight decrease in my appetite, without the unpleasant side effects such as "the jitters" or dry mouth. The pills have a tolerable taste/smell. I don't really feel an increase in my metabolism yet, but I am impressed enough with this product that I have decided to try the full system.

Review: I love this product and keep coming back to purchase it. There aren't many "diet" related items that after trying once, I come back to order a second time around. This one, I will say has made me a tad jittery, but at the same time it really brings my energy level up. I'd definitely recommend this to a friend, but like any diet "pill" - always test it out slowly, in case it is harder on you then other people. But it's worked great! 6 lbs off so far!
