Review: I've had only used the pill for a bit, but so far I like the way I feel after taking it. I also only take one per day. No significant weight loss so far, but it definately does serve as a pick-me-up.

Review: I have reached my goal weight for the first time in 30 years. Although my amount of weight lost is not huge, (about 30 lbs) it has made me incredible happy with my body. NEVER before have I enjoyed my naked and clothed body. Thank you right size!

Review: I've been doing the Right Size thing for 1 month now and have lost around 10 lbs bringing me to my pre-pregnancy weight. I do 1 smoothie for breakfast, do 30 minutes of cardio at lunch, and then have a smoothie for lunch. In the afternoon I sip on the Slimminade to hold me over till dinner. With the appassure pills I sometimes find it hard to remember to take 1 mid morning and 1 mid afternoon. Because of the ingredients I'm sure it supresses my appetite, but I think it is all the Right Size stuff working together and I'm not sure exactly if the pill is a big benefit. I'm also not totally sure it made a real difference in boosting my metabolism but doing all those make me not eat until dinner time (and I don't have a big crash, I just feel naturally hungry) and then can eat a healthy dinner and not feel bad if I go for seconds or have wine. I recommend keeping an eye on not going over 300mgs of caffeine a day as recommended by doctors.

Review: These are very easy to take pills. I take usually one at 11am and then another around 4pm. Sometimes I don't even have to take one at 4pm. I have only been taking them a week but so far so good.

Review: In January 2010 my husband and I started on the RightSize Smoothies. We started by replacing 6 breakfast meals mand 4 Dinner meals and eating regular but healthy lunches or dinners for the remaining meals. I have taken 115 lbs off. My doctor has taken me off half my Diabetic Meds and lowered my blood pressure meds. My husband has lost 100 lbs. We work at our weight loss together. I recently started using RightSize AppAssure. At work I tend to have an early lunch (before 11:00). I found that when I got home I would grab all the wrong things. By taking AppAssure around 1:00, I feel more energetic and able to stay on track.

Review: I LOVE this product. It curbs my appetite, gives me consistant energy through the day without jittery side effects or "crashing" when it wears off. I am a night-shirt nurse and it helps me get through the night without constantly eating or drinking coffee. I also have more energy to push through an intense workout. It's an all around great product!

Review: I have been blending my SlendaBerry smoothie for breakfast & lunch since I received it in mid-September...I have lost an amazing 12 pounds!
