Review: Very good combination pack. Works well and does what it says it will do. Did not feel as hungrey, so I did not over eat at meals. The price is expensive in this economy and it would be nice to see it on sale at CVS where I buy the powder, for a change. It is never on sale!

Review: I really like the supplement as it really does supress my appetite and I don't spend so much time feeling hungry or thinking about food! I use the multi-vitamin with a light breakfast as for me combining it with the Right Size shake was too much at once and got the jitters. The shake alone is perfect for lunch. This particular combination helps me eat alot less for dinner and feel good about it.

Review: I like that there is a multivitamin as it takes the guess work out of making sure I get what I need. I do feel that they work very well even without the smoothies. I ran out 2 days ago & still have the appetite control with these. Note* I notice that I need to drink "alot" of water to get the full effect though. Water is healthy! ( but I'm in the ladies room all day).

Review: I think the supplements are very helpful in curbing my appetite during the work day. I only take one multi-vitamin in the morning, then the 2 supplements (morning and afternoon). It's the right mix for me. I don't weigh myself, but strive to lose weight until I look the way I'd like. These are helpful.
