Cons:	No real cons. Powder sometimes gets stuck in bottom if you put the powder in first.

Purchased From: on line Review: I prep my blender bottle for breakfast the night before I go to bed. I pour 1/4 c frozen berries into the bottle, cap it, put it in the freezer till morning. When I get up, I put the bottle in my bag along with my berry blend powder. After my workout at the gym, I take the bottle, add the powder, 8-10 oz low fat vanilla soy milk and shake, shake, shake! The berries will still be cold and mix well in the milk and powder to give me just what I need to get through the morning without hunger.

I prefer the powdered smoothies for the value, plus I mix with almond or soy milk instead of dairy, but hated having to take a blender everywhere, clean it, etc etc. This blender bottle really mixes my smoothies without any nasty lumps. I have also used it to whisk eggs for omelets. Now I can keep my powder at the office and take my smoothies everywhere! yay!
