Review: The little ball is a miracle mixer. I have other powder shakes I used with it. They normally clump up. But not with the great mixing metal ball. Easy and handy to take too! Just put the powder in the container. When it's time to have your shake meal, fill water to desired level, shake and drink

Review: I actually like this a lot. I use it for a lot of different beverages. It worked will with the Slimminade and with the shakes. I blend my shakes first with a blender. The only down side is that I wish the cup was a little bigger.
